This sort of error normally happens when using a public IP or a proxy when lots of users are searching from the same IP, google thinks it is automated queries. It can also happen with certain toolbars and addons, such as SEOQuake.

Once you put the CAPTCHA in it should be fine. If not, maybe its an addon or a public IP.

    Hope I helped.

You could try a proxy and see if that works, but if not, maybe uninstall SEOQuake.

Yeah I use SEOQuake too, it does come in handy. Maybe you should be contacting SEOQuake about the problem instead of Google, a lot of people have the same problem as you, they must have a proper solution for it.

Try to connect to the internet via different IP. Some times, that solve this issue. And in case you are using any tool that send automated queries to Google, then I suggest you don't use it as google don't like such tools.

I've seen that error before when I tried to see what types of search results were available on the LAST pages of Google.
