After seeing this tweet by Matt Cutts, linking to this "inside search" post, which said... "Sitelinks will now be full-size links with a URL and one line of snippet text—similar to regular results—making it even easier to find the section of the site you want. We’re also increasing the maximum number of sitelinks per query from eight to 12". I thought I'd check it out with a couple of queries. For those that can't see it yet, here is a sneak peek for the search terms... Digital Point Forums. Uvrx. Not sure if I like it yet, it does seem a little overpowering... But will probably grow on me. What do ya think? Cheers James
I've seen a few of theses serp's pages when I query open source software. Personally I'm quite liking it though it is overpowering at first, it's easer to click thought to specific pages within the site especially the login section if checking your email etc. ROOFIS
That's give lots of benefits for sites who gained enough authority and reputation, and other sites should aim for it too..
Actually, I think the feature is really good. I think its alittle big, but it IS like having a full page ad for your site, and that I DO like
It's great if you're ranking up top, then you have almost everything above the fold pointing to your site. If you're #2 - it could really suck, as your visibility was just thrown out the window.
