i sent to google to review my site for forcing suddn ban and i got this:

While reviewing this site, www.shbabonline.com, we noticed that you are
displaying Google ads on web pages containing copyrighted material.

As you may know, our policies ( https://www.google.com/adsense/policies )
do not permit Google ads to be published on pages containing copyrighted
material. This might include areas such as MP3, Video, News Groups, and
Image Results. As a result, we've disabled ad serving to this URL.

For additional questions, we suggest you visit our AdSense Support site at
https://www.google.com/support/adsense . If you're unable to find an
answer to your question on our site, please feel free to reply to this
    email.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

I have read some people who have received notification of being banned showing ads for several hours after they receive the e-mail.

It has nothing to with the specific pages you can see ads on or not. As long as you are disseminating information/media that is under copyright (without the copyright owner's permission) you will be booted from AdSense.

We dont know if it will be ok but its your best bet to remove the ads from all pages of your site for now and hope your account doesnt get banned.

    Good luck.

I would guess your site hasn't been phased out (completely) of AdSense's delivery system yet (they have thousands of servers they synch). Either way, I bet you won't get paid for the ads you *do* display.

Doubtful... so long as your site contains illegal material, Google is not going to want you to display ads on any part of that site.

You deserve to get banned for not reading TFM.

Go memorize the TOS and hope they don't kick you out

If your content is not legal (or not within the AdSense guidelines) there is no way to have both. If you want to keep what "your visitors come for", you will need to remove AdSense from that domain (if you want to keep your AdSense account).

    Mido,

I know various sites that have trouble due to illegal links being posted in forums by members. While you can argue all day that you aren't hosting the illegal material, most will frown against (as Google has done) allowing links to illegal material.

If you aren't going to police your site for contraband, then you need to find advertisers that don't care if they are associated with illegal link material. Google doesn't want any association with that type of stuff. It's their policy, their ads.
