Myth or not, quality, compelling and unique content always wins.

I have read this before. It is recommended you write unique product descriptions for your store, but don't worry if you use the exact descriptions as the manufacturers. Google just ranks the manufacturers' page before yours and there is no penalty on duplicate content between different websites.

I'm not the right guy to answer that question obviously ;-) But sin´ce this software were released only less than a week ago the testimonials are few. We have one so far from Italy:

I downloaded dcfinder and ran a test of an ecommerce site that I was almost ready to put online. I found several errors generating duplicate content in less than 2 hours. I think I might have saved days of work. Thank you for this long awaited software:) Massimo Tabanelli, Verona, Italia

You can start out "safe" by purchasing a 1 month license - $30 for the Basic version and $40 for the Advanced version.

OK: I'll do it any way: Yes - it not only good. It is amazing! :)

Copyscape is really great but you can't use it to check on your site - only for checking across sites. And more important: You can't use Copyscape on a site unless it is online. That is one of many points where DCFinder.com is different ;-)

Some one please explain this to "iamnameless" Panada update penalized number of major sites for content farming even "ehow" noticed the effect and yes for syndicated content google is smart enough to notice that. ""Tell me the chance of syndicating new from bbc website and appearing high in rankings for the same news"

Google is putting most emphasis on quality and unique content after the penguin update. So its is quite essential that you check that the content you are posting is totally unique and not at all copied. Go for copyscape or Plagium to check the duplicacy of content.

Autoblogs can receive really good amount of traffic from search engines. It's a slow process, not easy and the results are not guaranteed. You need to know well about on-page optimization and should wait patiently to see the flow of organic traffic. Most of the autoblogs fail. Because the owners create content farms with tons of irrelevant content, they use cheap spammy, irrelevant, meaningless domains, they don't know about onpage optimization and they are not patient enough. Then they think they could be successful if their sites had unique content. They try unique content and fail again.
