Can anyone explain reasons why I went from the first page to the 5th page. I beleive I know the answer. But just wanted to check.

Recently I moved my blog from blogger to a domain I purchased. Then I thought I'd Updated my Feedburner feed. I'm sure thats why.

Any Ideas and If this is the reason. How can I clean up the mess?

If you just moved your blog it was likely temporarily inaccessible. Such outages can cause temporary penalties. Google doesn't like when they can't access a website.

When the blog was on blogger did you still have your own domain name (no blogspot.com in the url)?

The move messed up your rankings. You can fix this by building more links to your new url.
