Google Double Click?

    Just discovered this today, can anyone enlighten me further as to what it is, the benefits of joining etc.?

    http://www.doubleclick.com/ are a digital marketing company that has recently been acquired by Google.

    They are not Adwords themselves or Adwords +1 they are more corporate stuff (although I think they do run Adwords for their clients as part of the service)
