Sometimes it can take weeks for google to actually index your site. I suggest doing what ponmayil said. I submitted my site a few weeks ago, and did some SEO and now when my site was indexed a few days ago, it appeared ranking #12-13 for 2 major keywords in google.

Can't hurt to do SEO if you're able to.

You will have to wait most of the time but most importantly, if you did not submit a sitemap, your internal links must be crawlable in order for Search Engine bots to find your inner pages. Hence, websites with Javascript and flash powered navigation will have issues getting their pages indexed.

Deep linking helps your inner pages get index. Create inbound links that links back to those pages you want to get listed or index on search engines.

By 'submit' your site, do you mean submitting your site's full sitemap to google? If you havent submitted your sitemap then it is better to submit a sitemap of your site to google, yahoo and bing. May be that is the reason why only index page is indexed on your site.

If at first you don't succeed ... GOOGLE

It's the internet ... if you want to know how to do something search for it because some idiot has already asked the same question and wasted bandwidth and space on some poor persons server with useless text...

If you can't manage to search on Google then there's a button near the top of this page labelled "Search", if you click that then you can Search*

Then that will give you success

This at least works for me, just tested now with a new site. Took about 2 hours to get the site indexed by google.

    This is what you need:

    Wordpress
Autoblogged (you can find it in the downloads section)
An already indexed domain (yeah, that part sucks, but indexing new sites will be easy).

    Howto:
    Install wordpress
    Setup autoblogged
Add around 10 rss feeds (it doesn't matter if the only give you the headline, what matters is that the feed serves a steady stream of updates).
Give the site a couple of weeks and watch your stats to see when googleblot start visiting all the time.

Now, when you have a new site you want indexed, just add a link to it from you Autoblogged site, and in a couple of hours you can find it in google.

Check if something wrong with your Robot. files? Do you disallow the SE to index your page?

Deep linking helps! Create links that links back to those pages you want to get listed on search engines.
