I builded lots of backlinks even PR4 and google doesn't find my blog when I type in my main keyword. It is not sandboxed-I checked.

Is there any other way to repair that?

It is possible that you are not yet indexed by Google. Especially if the competition is very strong. Or you are indexed but your position on google is to far from first page that google do not show you (60 - 70 or more page)...
Of course it can happend if all other things are corect - good on-page optimization, density of the keyword, dofollow links with anchorn text, etc...

Site is www.laserhairremovalsys.com and the keyword is Laser hair removal. I manually looked up in google and I'm nowhere on that keyword to page 30.

This is an extremely competitive niche, you'll have a hard time ranking for much of anything for that, unfortunately.

You must update your blog daily with unique content. Only building backlinks will not help. You have to update it regularly.

Your backlinks should be your clickable anchor text for your keyword or keyphrase and they should be dofollow links on high quality pr pages related to your niche for best results. Sometimes this is not possible. Some blogs and sites will mark you keyword or phrase as spam and then it is difficult for you. If they are nofollow, or very little pr pages, then not much going to happen. You can comment on a blog that is high pr, but several days later your link moves from the high link juice main page to page 4 of the site with no link juice and bye bye.
