Google don't cache my site

My site page have not been cached by google for a long time.
Here is the page http://seopf.com/index.php?board=14.0
What should I do?
If I add links to that page will it help?

 

You need to build some quality backlinks for your site. Some time google may take much time for cache.

i think you need to look at this - As you site is being indexed on 5 sep.

Your sites is cached by the Google by 5 Sept, if you need a frequent cached then make some frequent changes on the site.

i think another way is submit your site map to webmaster tool and high your crawl access rate.
