its not that google doesn't want to reply your email, they just get so many emails that its hard fort hem to reply quick. they also figure out which emails require priority. your payment was sent and someone took it out of bank account. google is not responsible for that. work with your back and figure it out. they should be able to help. if you didnt withdraw the money from your account, then bank will have to return your money that was taken out of your accont fraudulently. atleast that the way it works in North America. not sure where you live and how is the banking system there

Are you getting your payment by EFT?

It does sound like something went wrong at your bank - if they told Google that the money was received, then put it in the wrong account, there is nothing Google can do about it.

When you look at the Payment Details are you seeing the correct account number (last 3 digit show)?

Be paitient, Google will reply you. But I think it is not the fault of google. May be someone in the bank is behind this.
    What was the amount?
