Don't stress. Many webmasters are experiencing this, some of my clients and even my own blogs. It's been happening for a while now and there is no specific reason. Sometimes G. indexes the page within a day and then de-indexes it, only to reindex 2 weeks later and it ranks high. But yes, homepage is crawled and even features at times for those keywords of the article (if article summary is on homepage). So it's nothing new. Nothing to worry about.
You're right. The thing is, these pages doesn't show up in search results. Like try searching bakrecept kexchokladkaka. My site shows up first, but, just the home, not the post itself.
Now, when adding a backlink for each post I've started to see more and more popping up. Maybe it's not a problem after all.
You need to submit your RSS feed to directorys. You could start by adding your feed to your profile in this forum that should help.
