If there was ever any doubt that Google was serious about their latest brew-haha about selling links, this article will shed some light on the subject: Google_Hammers_Washington_Post_for_Selling_Links Be warned!
So much for the Post. They seem to have trashed Slate.com. I used to be a fan. I didn't know they were selling links... Karl http://fastercats.com http://market-match.info
Here the problem is for webmasters like us, having a couple of site, for "common" users, they dont know about Google world, they only search something and always something find out.. The problem is for us that we know about Google penalties, Google down, google up, goole serp updated, etc etc.. Jakomo
wp is stil a pr7 for me. That seems a little low anyway IMO. You would think a major paper like that would be at least a pr8 or 9
I doubt google will actually lower their serps, they probably consider them a high trust domain, they'll just lower the value of their outbound links
