With a my mistake, my blog has more than 200 pages not found! And now, all over november and december, google do not index my site anymore :(
This mistake in 28/10/2008, google still index posts in 29, 30 and 31/10, but in november is no.
I tried my best to fix all not found page (more than 150), build more quaility backlinks, increase crawl rate, resubmit to Google Webmaster Tools, ping... but no result.
I hope google will index my blog in december, but they don't :(

I sure my domain is not banned because i got many visitor (>50%) from old articles and my site stills in top SERP with some keywords.

Please help me. Thanks very much.
    Sorry for my English.

The only thing you can do is wait. I had a similair problem that I changed the structure of the links so all the indexed links in google would result in a 404 (Page not found). I had over 200k indexed links and it dropped to 40k.
After that Google started indexing me again.

Add more quality content if your website is low in content, and get more quality links then... Just give it more time ;)

Sometimes it takes 2-3 days to fix it and sometimes it takes months. So the only thing to do is to wait and update regularly. Does googlebot came to the site everyday or not?
