    Undoubtedly; and given proper proof, they probably wouldn't hesitate to do that.

    Obviously this is only a problem if you steal someone else's copyrighted content - so make sure you don't so that.

    yes they can but they will investigate first before doing that.Someone may fraud your site because of personal matter or competition.
