    The Google Disavow tool is a recently-released tool by Google which lets website owners tag or "disavow" negative backlinks to their sites. It can be helpful, particularly if you site is suffering from negative SEO.

    It is a excelent tool . I have tried it out for a website that was bad penalized by Google.

    And in 3 weeks the site is up again.. I simply recommend it....
