    My issue is little complicated but still hoping someone can solve this. Before few moths i submitted Spam back-links into Google Disavow Tool but mistakenly i submitted Blogger too. Now i have removed all spam back-links from Blogger manually and want to get back on Blogger to use for my SEO Purpose. Is there any way to update that google disavow tool ?
