    i check my site in the google directory, but there was not in the list.
    How can i add or submit my site in this directory?
    is it paid or free directory?

    You will be automatically listed in google directory if you accepted by dmoz.org.

    It is free and usually takes time and no guarantee. Better establish an authoritative enough site to be listed in google/dmoz easily.
