Google directory url changed?

    Did I miss something? Today I clicked on more... on the main google search page, then to the directory and was forwarded here:
    http://www.google.com/dirhp
    clicking around, I found
    http://www.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/
    Seems to be on the main domain now, and PR0.

    http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/
    still exists, with PR6.

    My related: search pulls up nothing now. I wonder if this is related to the change I see above.
