Google didnt approve my adsense account!!!

    Recently i sign up a google adsense account for my site www.greatsayings.net
    But after a few days, i got a reply saying it's not aprrove .
    Below is the message i recieved from google! Can anyone guide me in signing up an adsense account ? I'm also thinking of selling this site ! If anyone interersted , please PM me.

    We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.
    Issues:
    - Unacceptable site content

    Unacceptable site content: In order to participate in Google AdSense,
    publishers' websites and application information must satisfy the
    following guidelines:

    Can't see why they would not approve it. My advice is to go for an alternative, or get yourself a CJ account and use affiliate sales instead.

    Another way you can try to be accepted by Google: create a new forumand fill it with some contents

    I had tried this twice and both was accepted (new forums with very few contents)

    I agree, try a different ad network. I recommend adbrite. They have always given me higher earnings than adsense anyway. I am currently using both on my site and it works pretty well.

    I am currently displaying ads on a "quotes" site(Don't ask me to say which one because I won't), so there's no problem with that. Maybe Google didn't approve it as there's not enough unique content. However, displaying ads on such a site is not against their TOS. They in fact reviewed my site at some point and got back to me about ad-placements and nothing bad about content.

    Also I can tell you that running ads on such a site will not get you much money, unless you are getting an incredible amount of visitors.
