Google Demoted My Site :( Need HELP!!!

    Hi i need help from any experts on SEO in here my site is www.aquaffect.com yesterday when i tried checking my incoming links on google link:aquaffect.com it showed me none of the links which was weird cuz few days ago i had over 250 links listed. Then i decided to check my google page rank and noticed it went down from pr3 to pr2 and today my google keyword new york web design which i was ranked #5 now ranking #11 I have bought alot of links which is pointing mostly to my index page with same anchor new york web design am i being punished for that? and what is a way out of this and how can i get back to top 10 any help?

    every day google update about new logarithm.. the new logarithm is panda...
    you can using google alert for get your competitor keyword about that...
    for tips from me.. try posting description your site = content your site

    It is not possible. Recently google did not change PR algorithm. How's it possible that your site have more than 250 backlink and this time it have not backlink. according to my experience it may be happen from google dancing. Please wait for some.

    I checked your site. There is no evidence for penalization. First of all I would like to tell you, dont worry about Google link command. If I check my site from Google link command I see only 5 pages. But I have 1st Google position for extremely competitive keywords.

    Why are buying links ?
    Its better to do a research and build free one way links. Buying links is risky.

    well I bought alot of pr6 and pr5 blog sites and web designdirectories links for 3 months and so i mean I understand what you saying it may be some google dancing crap however dont you think with all the high PR links that is linking to me now shouldnt my google PR go up and not down? instead it went down from google pr3 to 2 wtf? it just makes no sense how is it possible when few of my other sites have only few links and they pr3 or 4 but mine got hundrets of high quality sites and instead it been going down.... see what i`m saying? maybe google really did get smart and start penalizing for posting so many links cuz i read few articles how google tracking down sites that try to get on top 10 position very fast and they penalize them and push em down :( is this true?
