Google+ has started deleting private accounts from 1st August, 2011. Private accounts are the one which do not have full name and gender displayed. G+ has announced that such accounts are no longer supported. Users shall have to either display their full name and gender, or they shall have to delete the entire account. Do you think this will have a negative effect on G+ when it goes public?
I think it's a great idea to kill spam users before growing large. In FaceBook spam users generate a lot of useless content (and hides the usabole posts) and spams walls all the time. Even banning them wont have affect some time G+ have a great advantage and I hope they learn from FaceBooks errors and negative affects. Cheers,
Removing spammers is always a good idea and when it is about social networking than it is must. By doing this, Google is taking absolutely good steps. In fact spammers ruins the advantages of social networking sites.
Biggest success of a network is having less spammer to destroy. So I think its a great d]idea to move forward.
A site like google wants legitimate users to access their service, so they want users to access only when they are legit.
Well Google is always rude to the spammers. So it'll keep their reputation and identity unique and pure. I don't find any negative effect of it infact this step will influence the real webmasters to join and stay with G+.
That is their way of dealing with spammers. And I think this won't affect the G+ standing it's their rule, so old and new members should comply.
It's a good thing what Google does; that way there is more transparency and people are more accountable for their actions.
because we are passengers on google, google + so natural that to do so. therefore if we have an account with the data that we write must be true
