Exactly, Google does not filter websites with low or no traffic from the SERPs, this is not a filter category for their rules and it never was. On the other hand, relevancy regarding outbound links and relatively next to no content is the reason for sure.

would clouds are 0% quality links

    No content on the site

No related content to the links

    Lots of outbound links

    Selling text links

    Outbound links are not related

Therefore the ultimate link farms. I guess google hates them

Google hates WordCloud sites and So do most internet users. They are just spam/crap.
Their only use is to sell links and even at that they do a piss poor job. At least a paid directory has things catagorized.

I hate wordclouds so much that I signed up with "dreamhost" for some hosting and their user controll panel was a f$%k'n wordcloud. I canceled my account the next day. That shit is annoying to no end.

Not to mention usability problems that you have encountered, words clouds are a pain because of the search engines issuing penalties against them more and more frequent.

    Submit a reconsideration request

They are getting worse against this type of websites. It has been proven by many million pixels and word cloud website owners that got dumped by the big G.

Hi ... think this is relevant. I had links from 4-6 "Word Cloud" type sites in a set of 41 back links. These sites disappeared from my google.com/webmasters/tools/links?siteUrl= on 13 July 2007, along with 2-3 highly relevant sites. The latter 2 links drove a small amount of uniques, and had been in place for about a year. The deletions were replaced by 130 back links, of which 94 seem totally irrelevant -- a list of my pages on a site I don't know. It all seemed quite bizarre, but bizarre is an alternative, acceptable spelling of google.

It seems that google came out with another filter , for penalizing these types of sites.

Most of them are using the same scripts and vaguely no content. Its not hard to see that.

I am sure that more websites of this kind will get the same kind of treatment soon.
