Google deleted my blogger acoount for pasting BLACK LABEL ADS code

I've created an adult blog on "big tit fetish" on blogger platform.(www.boobfan.blogspot.com). It was fine until, I tried to paste the Ad code of BLACK LABEL ADs (PPC network for adult sites). The blog ran for less than a week or so before it suddenly closed down..

I bearly made 5 posts there, signed up for black label ads and pasted their code on my blogger blog..(in html/javascript widget)

I first got a "bx error" and then when I tried to log back in, I got a message saying my account has been deleted.

However, I later revived it by verifying my identity thro' an SMS on my mobile from Google.

I'm now awaiting my blog reinstatement as it has been marked as "false positive" by spam blog marking software of Google along with a customary apology..

They also e-mailed me stating that my blog has been deleted due to a "malicious javascript" (the BLA code obviously)

I did mark the blog as ADULT at the beginning itself.

I'm now entirely cross with myself for creating an Adult blog, being rather new to ADULT stuff and the related legal obligations.

    My concerns:

    1. I got my identity verified thro' my mobile on Google.. Does it hold any privacy risks against me by Google? I did post explicit Adult content (screen shots of genitals for user interest)?

    2. In the extreme cases Google can report us to the law enforcement authority.. So, does this clause implicate me greatly..

    3. I'm Non U.S. so, what could be the liability?

    4. Does it affect my other google accounts associated with other e-mail ids of google.(I've multiple accounts with multiple mail ids)??

    5. Does BLA install malicious scripts.. How fair is BLA? Can we believe it?

Can I just forget the whole fiasco and just move on or shall I write to Google to exonerate from the whole episode with voluntary deletion of the blog in question.

I'm rather new, worried and request the experienced friends of this forum to clarify my doubts..

    Thanks in advance & Regards

    1) Don't worry. As long as you don't deal with "illegal porn" you will be fine.
    2) They banned you, they won't do anything else.
    3) Not really, it actually protects you.
    4) No, you can still access your gmail accounts.
    5) I haven't heard of this yet. BLA is part of the Adbrite network as far as I know.

thats why its important to read the TOS.

so you are allowed to have an adult blog but cannot put adult advertisement on it to make money.

Google has been deleting all make money type blogs for quite awhile, except for those that are using just AdSense.
