About two months ago I had a few domains that dropped from Google completely (not indexed or in rankings). I have resubmitted the sites using Webmaster Tools for consideration already and did some SEO/linkbuilding. Are there any other ways to get these domains back into Google? Right now I am only getting traffic from Yahoo/Bing.
I am pretty sure it was a bad SEO job on one of my sites from somebody I hired. I have since then done quality link building. Google de-indexed more than one domain name though even though the SEO job was just on one site (hopefully that makes sense let me know if not).
It sounds like the SEO job done was particularly spammy. It can be a pain in the ass trying to get back in Google once you are on bad terms with them. Undo as much of the spam as you can, even if it is on your other sites. With some penalties it can take a while to get back in Google. You may just have to build up trust though links from trusted sites.
@vansterdam - It is possible to get back in then? I have heard mixed things that it could take YEARS which I do not have. I just did quality link building and saw nothing.. so stuck at this point and just waiting and praying .
