    Hi

I submited 10,000 urls to google sitemap last 2 months.

There are just 2,500 urls in google database.

It seem google sitemap doen't help me at all.

How can I let google index more?

    According to Overview,
    And according to Multiple Sitemaps,
But the latter shouldnt be a problem for you.

It takes some time, be patient and try to get more backlinks. Then google will visit your site more frequently.

Sure it is! If Google thinks your site is crap or not important it won't visit it as frequent as other sites. No matter what your write in your sitemap.

If the site is de-indexed, google does download the sitemap and spiders through the submitted URLs, but if its still in violation of guidelines, it just wont come up in SERPs.

You cannot change the frequency to fast. I belive in your case you need to wait for sometime.

Use the GSiteCrawler to generate the site map and then setup a Google Webmaster account to submit it. The data and information will tell you everything you need.

It could take close to 6 months for google to index the full 10K of pages. Unless your site is being updated daily with unique and relevant content, google sitemap indexer will be faster than natural navigation indexing - but it wont suck in 10K pages in one go. It took my site of 10K pages about 6 months - and google has 8.8K pages index currently. Before I had a sitemap, google had indexed 400 pages in 6 months. Big difference with the sitemap. After I submitted my sitemap, the sites indexing hung around the 3K mark for about 3 months - and then jumped to 5K then 8K of pages within the last 2 months. Also, this was a very well established and old domain.

If you have good internal linking structure than you will be indexed fast. you may also try making HTML sitemap, and get some backlinks to it.
