I manage quite a few accounts mostly leads, and this month it is slowing down. I have been doing this for 5 years and never seen this large of a drop off. Just wondering if anyone else is having a rough month.

Yep. My sales have significantly dropped in the last week, but that's because the products I sell are not relevant to the holiday season. Those of whom that are selling Christmas-relevant products and services are probably raking it in.

As to your five-year experience and your current year's anomaly, I have no explanation, except that maybe the trends in your market are changing, or maybe you've made adjustments to your campaign for the worse. Contact others in your market to see if they are experiencing the same flop.

Certain niches slow down around the holidays (which I've seen in my account), but my holiday targeted campaigns are performing even better than last year - don't think there's an across-the-board issue.

certain niches tent to drop off just a bit for the holidays.. also the current economic condition and worsening real estate isn't helping anyone.

Thanks for the reply's sometimes you just have to revert back to something’s that worked in the past. I have made the changes and I guess we will see how it goes.
