Google DDOS My Web Site. My web site have 200-300 visitors/Day but Google Bot visit my site more than 20k times per day and crash my web site until Error 500. Anyone have same experience with me before?

Did you do a reverse lookup on the IP address to verify it is Google? Anybody can use a Googlebot user agent string. If it is Google, you can go into Google Webmaster Tools and lower your crawl rate.

Your DDOS attack is 20k/86400 = 0.2 user per second - 1 user every 5 seconds... Today's cheapest (or free) hosted web servers can handle hundreds of requests per second. Its time to change your hosting provider. DDOS is about millions of request per second.

It cant be DDoS because 0.2 users per second is so less.... you might have been mistaken or misread the numbers.

I don't think google would DDOS your website. Either your hosts are crap or you're not reading your stats properly.
As stated by someone above, DDOS attacks are too huge as compared to yours and you should check the agents properly as anyone can manipulate agents.

    Add this to your robots.txt:
    User-agent: Googlebot
    Crawl-delay: 12

    Or look at this: support.google.com/webmasters/answer/48620?hl=en

Simply install WordFence and check the IP. You can block IP Ranges with it for free to make sure that
    does not happen again.

Yep sounds like a denial of service attack to me from someone pretending to be Google. But just to make sure go into google webmaster tools and lower your crawl rate :)

Google wouldn't do such a thing to a website. Someone definitely masked it.

I assume that you're new in Webmasters world... Big G "punish" sites but, for sure, it doesn't DDOS them. ;)
