Google Data Centres UK V/s India ?

Hello Experts,

I 've some Queries about google's Data centres.

if we are cheking some keywords of our sites in UK country so its coming in 3rd page and if from india so its coming in 1st page and 4th positions.

but we need 1st page positions in UK country.

what should we do to target for 1st page in UK country, also our website IP address of hosting is located in uk country.

please reply me, your answers will be helpful to me.

also, We are trying to find some UK's best resources, so we can point our website link in some good traffic sites.

U may get more backlinks from US IP.
