    I don't think there's a difinite answer for that. I think it depends on where the end user is.

    I agree that google uses different datacenter from time to time. Sometimes two computers is accessing two different datacenter.

    They are used randomly and there is also a process called "normalisation". This means, even if you are getting results from datacenter X, the results may still be modified by datacenters Y and Z.
