According to me Google Dance is an out-dated slang phrase used to explain the period of time in which Google used to rebuild its rankings, and as a result of this rebuilding, rankings of websites on Google's Search Engine Ranking Page may fluctuate in order during a some day period.
A major change in google's algo causes a big shuffling in the search results. Such a shuffling of search results is called google dance. It can be surprising for us, sometimes in a pleasant manner, and it can be even shocking when our rankings gets destroyed. In recent time, such a dance happens every other day.
When you are dancing, you body is goes up and down. In the same way in Google dancing Page Rank of your site is goes up and down. That time you can't get the exact PR of your site.
