    no solution sorry, it is probably here to stay.

    Once you settle your site (stop building links etc....) then your ranking should calm. Its pretty frustrating though, I have sites that jump 5 pages at a time, both up and down.

    You have to wait until it stops. Keep continuing adding contents, link building and etc. It will stop soon.

    Whenever Google updates its index of web pages there is Google Dance. There is no solution. Better follow ethical (White SEO techniques) to be unaffected.
