    It's a slang term given to describe the effect that a tweak in the algorithm has, with sites going and up down in serps until they settle. In theory, all sites are affected - for every site that goes down, another goes up.

    Mine has been oging crazy for about a week now. I went from 1st page in 8th pos. to 6th page in last for all of last weekend and then back to the regular spot on the 1st on Monday. I moved up quite a bit earlier today and now i can't find it. It is driving me crazy!
