Actually the BL count and PR are continuously being updated but the info is just not made public until they up date although if you use google sitemaps you can see what anchor text google has found for your links and you can get a rough estimate of your sites PR
Search engine round table reports that Matt Cutts went into Webmaster World Thread and said that there is no google update going on right now. http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/006928.html
well its obv coincidence my site traffic is now approx x 6 and traffic from most google areas, doesnt seem like flux to me
My site's PR in my toolbars is all over the place. Yesterday, the homepage was showing 0 when it was showing a 3 before. Today, it's showing a 3 and many subpages that were previously a 2 or 0 are now a 3 as well. iWebTool.com is also locking up after the tenth server request or so.
1 of my sites went from 0 to page rank of 1. It's a site that I don't use for business though. My main site shows no change, but I have noticed my friends in business have myspace pages that changed in page rank. I've been checking with Google toolbar, however, so it could be just a glitch. Wouldn't be the first Google glitch.
oh i see big bloody changes on mine....all of them are down...one of from pr 7 tp 6 and the other one from 4 to 3...etc.... i am personally going over to google head quarter and they will be some problems...i am sick of the sh**.....
PR is the same, but my site is now on page 2 for one our targeted terms. Before you couldn't find it until page 10!
This evening I show fourteen data centers dropping my PR by one. The rest are unchanged. I'm not feeling good about this.
Update: Since yesterday we've regained the lost PR on two of the 14 data centers that had dropped. All that seems to mean is that there are current changes going on. These PRs had previously all been rock-solid at PR5 for months. Further update: Regained PR at two more data centers. Hopefully, this is just a bit of Google tweaking.
Definately serp changes, one of my clients websites has jumped to position #2 (from #8) for its main term. And meanwhile my own site just got a slashing on its backlink count from 51 to 16 (new site), though im predicted a PR5, from 3.
What I am seeing from the UK is a minor tweak in a lot of my sites PR - some pages up, some down but by only one point. Blogs which I have not invested time actively seeking links seem to have gone UP - while sites I have worked on to get backlinks seem to be the ones loosing out! While not preoccupied by PR, I have also noticed wild changes in these sites SERPS, again - with the high content sites traffic doubling and trebling over the past few days.
