Is it allowed if I distribute my google custom search to my members and therefore they can put it on their website or blogs?

In other words my custom search is related to Football. If one of my members has a football blog, can he put my google custom search in his website/blog)?

    Thank you

Is there a limit to how many ads a person can click on using the search? Most of my members use our search as their primary method of searching.

No limit. But if they see suspicious activity, like an unrealistic query to ad-click ratio they will look into it. How is their primary search engine if its only about football? HAHA their world is skewed.
