So I created a google custom search for my site; however, when I search it only shows a few results for the keywords.... There are alot of pages that seem to be omitted and when I click that, all the results come up, which is what I want. How would I change the coding so that these results could show up all the time for the user.

Only the pages that are indexed by Google will show up. Why dont you share your website url?

The website url is in my signature. The pages are indexed; however, this is what I get... In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 14 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included., the problem with this is that some of the exercise description are similiar due to me listing lift variations. I want all the pages to show up....

I've ran into problems with the google custom search. I decided to just create a search function from scratch. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=747258

So annoying how it works, because at the moment I have popup windows listed higher than the actual product pages. I would of recommened optimizing those pages more for specific terms, but that hasnt helped me :(

I would try posting that question in Google's forum for webmasters. You'll have some Google guys see your post and you'll get a better answer.

I think you will only see the pages which are indexed by google. Try to get back links for your site main page and inner pages in order to get more pages indexed by google.
