Duh! And the nofollow news is old ... and so is the google condom stuff And no Yahoo and MSN weren't wannabes, infact since they are the two majors in the search industry apart from Google, they supported this Google Initiative Checkout Yahoo's Jeremy Zawodny's post http://www.ysearchblog.com/archives/000069.html and the Microsoft dev. blogpost http://blogs.msdn.com/livesearch/archive/2005/01/18/nofollow_tags.aspx Wordpress has already consented to package this feature in their updates .... Typepad uses a different form of this system which churns out a redirect link which spiders are not able to follow! Blogspot already has this ..... Have you ever heard people complaining of drop in SERPs and ultimately finding the reason for this to be 'Linking to Bad neighbourhoods' Well 'nofollow' is a solution to this .... it tells the SE spider that ... "Listen up .. I aint the one who placed this link and so there's no need to crawl it all up and then blame me when you find it not upto your standards" Get the flow ? Good ... And yeh ... you need to keep yourselves a bit more updated dude .... Abhishek
Oldie but goodie. I'm looking to pick up some condoms that say GOOGLE on them so I can impress the ladies. What do you think?
I was talking to my friends about it and most of them didn't know about it, a few of them said they remember reading about it but it was one of those things that easily slip your mind.
Wow, if you can get hold of some that would be really cool - send the link my way if you buy them online! Not that I need them, I spend my whole life on DigitalPoint!
