Google Crawling Issue?

    My website having 20 Million Pages, Uptill Google crawled only around 356,000 only?

    One more thing, In Google USA it shows 356,000 &
    Google NL shows only 27,600

    What is the reason for difference?
    Please give me your valuable suggestion.

    the same thing with me .
    my website have 12000 pages
    and in Google reports says that Google crawled 21050 Pages ?????
