    Are you using Google's webmaster tools?
    yes but i have just verify my site only this morning
    and i have remove all 404 page
    because i have change my template 1 month ago and its not same url
    so i have a link to my homepage who go to my html sitemap

    I think you should check how accessible the links are from your homepage. Also always submit a sitemap via Google webmaster tools or a robots.txt reference.!

    Check if you doing according to google webmaster guidelines..and if yes then submit a xml sitemal and build backlinks for your website regularly. I think everything will be ok soon.
