maybe google bot is finding it difficult to access all your pages.

How are your links setup on your homepage? Are they all in flash or javascript? Have you created a sitemap for the bots to spider? How long has it been since you changed the duplicate content on your site?

search google sitemap generator, you would find a good tool for creating sitemap and then submit it to google webmaster tool.

well it takes time for google to index any of the other page on your site, plus the number of backlinks will determine if google will dig deeper into your site

Google does not index all pages but sometimes they pick and index pages when they need them.

ya, you just need time to be crawled your site pages and also try to make some organic and fresh contents for your site, so google bot can easily crawl your site, and not crawled pages are linked to your index page or in site map?

if yes, than u need to create xml sitemap immediately, and submit it in google. may be your page crawled quickly.

If your site have any duplicate content in it, then I suggest you totally remove it. Also try to build some backlinks for your site, that will help to index more of your site's pages.

Check how accessible the links are on your homepage, submit a sitemap to Googles Webmaster tools and deep link into some of your pages from your homepages content.

Add both xml (google) and html sitemap. html sitemap is equally beneficial for search engines and visitors - could be a good landing page as well.

Adding sitemap is a better option

But It's better to link internal pages from somewhere.

Try adding one of your internal pages in your signature.. and submit it to deeplink directories(This would take sometime to get indexed)..

Have you tried submitting your sitemap top google?
If no, then make one and submit it through Google Webmaster Tools. If yes, and the problem still persists, just give it some time.
If you wanna get them all indexed in a quickly manner, just follow this instructions on how to get indexed quickly.
