Does Google calculate what percentage of clicks generate revenue for them? And are sites penalized if the majority of clicks do not generate revenue?
The fact is... they generate revenue for every clicks. Adsense publisher is getting the money from advertiser and google is just middle person They won't penalize if the clicks doesn't convert for the advertisers. They will only "smartprice" unless of cause if it is a fraud clicks or against TOS
