google contact email id need

    i need to ask something to google team but not openly

    how can i contact via email ?

    can you please help me on this ?

    but they must send me reply so i hope some one help me .

    You can not contact them directly. They have many department. If you need to contact them or want to ask. You are just wasting your time. I have one question regard spam(adwords) but their support did not able to answer. I have already try a lot and found nothing.

    I've also found that to be the case. Google is not very approachable from a customer service or a support standpoint.

    You're trying to find snail in the desert. Google doesn't cares about You, Me or webmasters.
    Their only motto is to make profits which is understandable, so stop trying to find their contact info (don't waste your precious time which you can utilize something better). Try to run your business which is not solely dependent on GOOGLE.

    It would be good if you contact Google via their departments, if you are using Adsense then there are some ways of contacting, if you are using Adwords, you have ways of contacting!

    correct, there's no way of communicating with them unless you are in some of the google program such as engage for agency whereby an account manager is managing your account

    I had faced same issue. And i got this link - https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/3141229 then i clicked on "new features with Keyword Planner" and understood some features carefully and then i clicked on "Keyword Planner" which is hyperlinked in the post and then you can reach your place.

    It works same as old keyword tool.

    Ahhh, You can not send an Email.. As google is not just a product website from which you click the contact button and you will get the contact form,phone number and Map location... There are Help button, You can post your message there... People like us will reply you and will try to sort out the problems.... Some times few technical from google can also reply to your post on google help desk... I was having problem wil my webmaster i posted at google and Mattcuts replies as " it is our technical problem and will sorted soon".. And problem get sorted with in 2 hours.. :)
