Three of my sites which were ranked well against good keywords on Google.com are now disappear, they are still rank well when i checked them from any other country for Google.com but not appearing in US. Its not time difference, more than a week now.
Is Google change algorithm for specifically US? And why Google.com not showing same results of US all our world.

Yes the results will change based on which country you are searching from. Google is starting to adapt its search results for different countries more frequently now. You will even get different results based on where you search from in the US also. Give it a few weeks and your rankings should start to settle down into their rightful positions. Sometimes you have to wait for all of the different datacenters to synch up.

Sometimes, even if people who are within the country will see different results too.

Geographic locations and personal settings and browsing history are factors in serp differences. Strive to get more relevant backlinks from the area you are targeting..

No, there is no different algorithm for US.... It just geographic locations that are affecting your rankings.

The only change happening right now specific to US is the PANDA update (which deals in content farming OR duplicate content)

In a recent update, the same has been made global (yesterday):http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2011/04/high-quality-sites-algorithm-goes.html

However, what you are experiencing may have different explanation.
If Google is finding your website good for any specific country (or may be your target country)..... Then it shows your website on top listings.

Google shows different results depending on your ID with which you are logged in. Google detects your search preferences, your past search pattern and may change the results.

Ranking mechanics and factors vary from country to country (only on a geographic level, of course).

It is very simpel to check if the results are different.
Just open different googles in different tabs. Then search for the same keyword and compare the results.
They will be different from eachother.

That’s 100% true; Results are changed according to geographical locations. You need to logout from your account and have to delete cache of your browser to check global result.

Ranking differs in different countries due to IP and Google data centers availability in that country. You said that your ranking is down in USA, may be it is the affect of Google's Panda update.

Yes. It can change because Google is adapting according to the search rankings of each country.

And for all we know different data centres may be running slightly different test all the time who knows. Do you really think Google is going to announce every little test and tweak they try?

In order for you to have the same rankings throughout Google's servers - you'll need to increase your backlinks.

    That's the only way.
