    Hi Friends

We are facing some critical problem regarding Google.com SERP. I am working in India for USA based clients. When I am searching a keyword on google.com(in India) that keyword listed 8th position of google.com SERP page, but my friend, he is from USA, he also search same keyword in google.com in same time he can’t see this result at USA , that mean google.com has displayed different results .. I am totally confused about this matter how this can occur?? Anyone face this problem earlier?

Let me know if anyone have any suggestion about this....

    Regards

Yes, the SERP changes everytime you search. Google uses many servers to fetch the results, that may be the reason.

    that's true.

don't worry, maybe time can help you solve it, their servers will keep updating, you can check back later to see whether you get some different results

usually i suggest you'd better host your site in which country your're targeting, sometimes google also gives different serp depending on the postion of searcher and site owner.;)

I heard that Google tries to provide the best results based on the searcher's profile. For example, if you use google.ca, then Google returns the best results for Canada. It seems that the locations of the server hosting the website is also important in the results. I use a tool for checking my ranking on Google, and I was number 5 for example. When I checked from Canada on google.com, then I was number 15. The website said in the FAQ that it was normal. There are a lot of variations in the rankings.

you can either use their ip address instead of google.com itself so you can really point that you are using google.com ip not google.in

It has been this way for years, to check google.com (US) results you can either user a virtual browser with proxies in the US of find tools that provide results from different data centers, seochat.com has one.
