Google.com fowarding to Google.co.uk

    What's the deal... happening to anyone else? Every request for google.com fowards me to the .co.uk

    Maybe someone's been playing with my computer and I'm going crazy.

    Go to google.com (of course you will be redirected to google.co.uk) then click "Go to Google.com" link under.

    Try "control panel" then "regional & language settings".

    Its geo targeting. You'll be redirected to that google site where your IP Address belongs.

    Because your IP under the UK, so Google will redirect you to google.co.uk

    1. get a google toolbar
    2. => Settings (right)
    3. => Options
    4. => Search box setting
    5. => Use google site
    6. => Select one which you like most
    7. => Send

    it will never bother you again
