I think it might be the wrong Firewall setting block you from visiting Google.com.

    All the best,

Does somebody else uses your computer? If so, then he or she might have blocked Google for some reasons. Firewall or through the router of your internet connection. It can be unblocked so don't worry, just ask the person who blocked it to unblock it. ;)

It was said clearly you have not been blocked by Google but your network administrator. If your are alone or you are already self administrator then your PC may be infected with malware which prevent you from visiting Google purposely.

Which ISP you are using? If you are on a direct connection without any router, contact your ISP.

It looks like Google did not block you. Your computer blocked Google {network administrator}. Are you the owner of this computer? Did you install any firewall software recently? It could even be malware.

As i know Google doesnt block any one from accessing his/her email address.
    Its impossible.
Find the problem in your PC . Firewalls, browsers and your network connection.

As the message says, it's been blocked by your network administrator. Not Google.

Here is a detailed article on "Google Blocked Me:Unusual Traffic From Your Computer Network "

I believe you get the below message:

“Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please try your request again later. Why did this happen?
This page appears when Google automatically detects requests coming from your computer network which appear to be in violation of the Terms of Service. The block will expire shortly after those requests stop.
This traffic may have been sent by malicious software, a browser plug-in, or a script that sends automated requests. If you share your network connection, ask your administrator for help — a different computer using the same IP address may be responsible. Learn more
Sometimes you may see this page if you are using advanced terms that robots are known to use, or sending requests very quickly.
    IP address: xx.xxx.xxx.xx
    Time:2012-09-05T19:25:22Z“

    Hope it helps

That doesn't sound like the problem they described, but regardless, it was 2.5 years ago, so I am guessing they have probably resolved it by now.

See if another computer works with your internet connection. If not, change your IP and clear your cookies and LSO's.

From you post I guess you are using a shared internet connection or hostel internet connection.

For that message to come up, you are using the internet through a proxy server. The network administrator has blocked the domain google.com though that server. I would suggest you get in touch with your network admin and see what the issues is.
If he/she still won't allow you to use google's service, then I suggest you use it through some popular proxy sites, that lets you surf anonymously to these blocked website.

On another note I guess it was just a glitch, as no admin will purposefully block google as google is a major share of the internet :D
