Must be nice to be a coding superstar, how does it feel Shawn?

Is it a high stress job, do coders sleep on the floor in the office as I have heard?

I hear Google has freaks of nature walking the campus, long hair, no shoes and other strange types running about

Coders don't sleep at all... that's what espresso and jolt cola are for...

Sort of like SE, sometimes substances will produce great ideas Minstrel.

Now SE will drink non-stop, you may have to work with him to break that thought process :D

I can relate with this. When I was coding for a government agency we programmers use to sleep (or will i call it just taking a nap) on the server room's floor. We just put couple of cut boxes and papers for comfort. Most of the time we shut down the aircon to avoid to be frozen while sleeping :)

That's precisely why I never wanted to be a coder. I saw the life they lived and I wanted no part of it :)

Ah man... I'd better get started now then... It's 21:08 here tight now...

Maybe If I drink some of that sweet nectar I'll be able to get drunk soon enough to make a couple of posts before I fall asleep at the desk ;)

You will have to come up with a gauge display that shows time and DR so we can understand that you are tired and drunk and that the hour is late.

Then we will understand why your posts are so dammed silly SE

Hehe - I'm working on an include for my sig that will enable all of these things...

The idea is that I will be able to login to my admin panel and update all of these things with little or no effort.

That way there is less chance of making any mistakes ;)

No way it can be any worse than working on a concrete construction crew, that is what I have to do tomorrow starting at 6:00 am.

Coders don't have it that bad, I know they get to do a lot of LSD every now and then, I have read the stories about some of them being into drugs real heavy and into Satan worship also.

Strange world some of these cats live in.

We all know Shawn is one of the good guys, he never does strange stuff like that.

The worst thing he has ever done is trip over his snowboard loading it on top of the truck.

Some of these coders are stuck in their job already. Having no where to turn to or at least having no courage to make changes in their profession. At least the is demand in this field. That means they won't have to worry about going hungry.

In that site I can read "online coding competition consisting of a series of problem-solving challenges".
So I have a question - what algorithm did they have to write?
    Nice awards.

Do a search on "Google coders" and find all the articles and post them to this thread Tomecki :)
