from long time i am notice it and matt cutt also consider that Google Closes its Search Operators when we apply these operator it show not actual result am i right please suggest me for it

Yes, its clear that most of these functions are working in most search engines but the results are different because the database and the ranking algorithm of search engines are different. I myself trust the results of Google for most of these functions and after Google, i believe Yahoo is better than Bing.
