    I agree that big G is a leader and it is tough to ignore it but then it is futile to keep wasting your time and energy on something that is going to keep nagging you every once a while.

    Forget about it and look at other alternatives! :)

    I would highly recommend the legal route...if you do get your account disabled again then you'll be in really deep crap once they see you tried to bend the rules.
