Yes. Adsense. Or any other PPC (Pay-Per_Click) advertiser. It is when you click your own or use a piece of software or conspire with a group to click advertising for a profit. The sad part is the poor guy who is losing his hard earned AdWords money on fraudulent clicks. Very sad indeed.

adsense is very unpredictable these days. Even lots of people who do not involve in such frauds are getting suspension notice from google. So always play as much safe as you can with adsense. it is not really not hard to get into adsense but to maintain this account is a real tough task.
