Circle is a good feature in Google+. You can add and remove and change your circle. You can share things with the people of your circle.

 

I have found G+ circles a new and good mean of communication. It's like a gang.

 

The best part about the G+ circles is that you can segment the people as much as you want. You can have different circles for different niches, how you met people etc. Also people can be in more than one group so it makes it even easier to segment however you see fit.
